    One PAL onother NTSC. (not from real medium, only one to ilustrate, however a real medium is possible)

    It's about the inherent predisposition for hue errors in analog NTSC broadcast. It is due to a lack of hiding color subcarrier phase errors, which may occur in analog broadcast (especially over the air). PAL has a means of cancelling out these phase errors, thus rendering a tint control on a TV set superfluous, as the tint is always correct.

    As a result skin tones are either biased towards green, or towards magenta (Never Twice the Same...), whereas the middle between the two would yield natural skin tones.
