Try to download from THIS WEBSITE with no luck?

Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to download video from this website
https://hamivideo.hinet.net/play/182541/OTT_VOD_0000279517.do
First EP it's free. you need Taiwan ip & log simple with gmail account.
Youtube-dl & yt-dlp aren't working even with adding header & cookies.
It's giving me an error:
"Unable to download webpage: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden"
I need some help here & thanks in advance...

I will update my "yt-dlp" mybe it's the probleme becuase i used old version

Works juste fine after update "yt-dlp" to the last version. probleme resolved.
