Hello everyone, as the Title says I wanna know how I can efficiently make many small clips from one big chunk of video.
I have 45min long gameplay video, which I wanna cut into little pieces so I can add them into the rythm of the musik in adobe Premier Pro.
I would really appreciate an answer.

If you don't mind mkv then use mkvmerge and open the file and go to gobal/split mode and choose how you want the files split,if by duration and the file is 45 minutes long and you want 45 files then set duration to 60s and number of files to 60.
    I think,therefore i am a hamster.

"Number of Files" to 45? you've got 60 there.
