    Software is Cyberlink PowerDirector 21 and new. Audio breaks up or does not work smoothly during transitions. I have this issue (see youtube link) with MP4 H.264 and also AVCHD (MTS) videos. Also to a lesser extent if audio is recorded separately in WAV format using a Zoom H1N.

    Problem resolved/fixed via updates that turned out to be a patch, but it cleared the problem.
