i have tried of course using google/youtube but got stuck to find an answer.
i want to have a straight, full screen footage without losing the quality and without borders
in case that is even possible, here are pics of what i mean.
windows 11, davince resolve 18
many thanks!
*just for clarifying: i know i can (with a better camera and a gimble) film a straight, stable footage from the get-go but i want to hang the phone on a bag with phone compartment and just film without hold it or wear a big and protrusive chest mount. also i dont want to spend money at the moment.

It doesn't matter what program you use (the below screenshots are not from Resolve), if you want 16:9 and no black, you'll end up with something like this. You'll have to zoom in a fair way, which will, of course, require re-encoding.
