16:9 DivX to VCD?

I tried to convert some divx movies(16:9) with TMPEGenc to VCD but i always get streched picture. You know, the black boarders from 16:9 format are gone...
What should i do...i think i've tried almost every single option in TMPEGenc.

it should work with the default settings but if not change under settings->advanced Source aspect ratio 16:9 and video arrange method full screen(keep aspect ratio). under video->aspect ratio use 4:3.
