  1. My DVD supports VCD and MP3. Could I use MP3 rather than WAV when creating a VCD? Also when I made my first movie yesterday, it came it full screen when the source was wide screen. I searched for this adjustment in TMPGEnc and could not find anything. Thank you for any input.

    No, I do not believe you can mix them.

    Purely speaking a VCD is 1150 kbps mpg 1 vid stream by a 224 kbps Mpeg 1 Layer 2 Audio stream. It is a set specified format.
