    What export settings should i choose?
    Quicktime and PCM?
    Ist this Lossless?
    Alternatives?

    And with Quicktime how can i choose GoPro CineForm YUV 10-bit?

    PCM and LPCM are lossless, yes.

    Some container formats (MKV, OGM) also support FLAC, so you can spare a bit of size. Apple Quicktime MOV may support ALAC instead.
