@Subtitles the first video file is a wrong one, I wanted to download the 19 november TV news with this woman in a white dress. While the video you took have a different tv host in it. However thank you so much for the second vid, sincerely.

Glad I was able to help.
These websites are good for French speaking people and they have no DRM so they are easy to download.
You should be able to download more videos yourself in the future using Google Developer (F12) > network and search for .m3u8 in the search bar.
Then paste the link in VLC player (ctrl-n) and record.
