"access violation at 0x00000000" for LWLibavVideoSource might be a hint that the video stream could be damaged. Uncertain. Downloaded files are unreliable per se. You could try to open the original MP4 file with LSMASHVideoSource instead of converting it to MKV before opening it.

"error=0x7e" for LoadPlugin is most probably a hint that a required MSVC Runtime is not available in a specific version (number or 'D'ebug variant). It may help to use Dependency Walker to analyse which DLLs are needed inside svpflow1.dll, or Process Monitor to check which DLLs fail to load during the start of a conversion job. Or use AVSMeter to open your generated script outside of MeGUI.


Apart from that: Converting a 25 fps source to 60 fps is nothing I would call "generally recommendable". Except you want to mix it with other 60 fps sources.

Unfortunately MeGUI has flaws like this that I never expected. At the most it was surpassable 60fps at 50fps but not an error message like this! There are no alternatives of scripts from MeGUI, unless to have to modify the parameters to avoid the "access violation" 0x00000000 which actually blocks the video conversion at 50 / 60fps. This is because it was XMediaRecode and instead of converting it to MP4 (as I have a shitty slow computer with 8GB of useless RAM), to convert it fast I had to use MPEG and maybe that's what will have damaged the video, but I am amazed that a program how MeGUI does not recognize the format converted back to MP4 due to this encoding error because unfortunately there is no single good program with all these settings and it is unfortunately this that becomes a pathetic dilemma using programs on programs on programs, and here is Microsoft therefore it also ended up in the Antitrust authorities all over the world due to the poor performance of Windows connected to programs like MeGUI, and it is worse than Google. Now how will I have to convert a video to fluid at 50 / 60fps since MeGUI does not allow it?

Hi! I converted with Video Frame Rate FPS Converter for 8 hours a 1:08:48 MP4 videoclip in 60fps and I fixed it. However thank you for this new Clever FFMPEG GUI who I download and I used in future if there were to be another MP4 video conversion problem. Thanks!

It still looks to me like blaming MeGUI for something that's not MeGUI's fault. But I don't have your file and your selection of plugins, so I can't prove you the real reason.

Unfortunately MeGUI has set an error message as this "Avisynth: access violation at 0x00000000 in C:\Program Files (x86)\MeGUI\MeGUI.exe". It's not my (and MeGUI) fault but MeGUI hidden defects due to incorrect video conversion by XMedia Recode. Sorry that you think one way, but it was not the fact of the frames, since it turned out that however it was not the fact of the 50 / 60fps but that I wanted to try to make it "smooth" this video that lasts 1h and 8min. Then I will try to use the latest converter on your choice (Clever/FFMPEG). And I have concluded. Thanks!
