Hi, I have downloaded a video and converted to my support format mp4. This combo has x264 video format and mp3 audio format. Butt i found that the conversion is success, but the audio becomes somewhat feeble than the original.
    So, the above query.
The original video format is latest video format and latest audio format.
When i just convert with default orignal video resolution in my support format, the sound is good and normal to hear.
But when i change the resolution to higher, say from 320x240 to 1260x720.
Since the original is too small , i convert the resolution as welll video and audio format.

  2. Changing the video has no effect on the audio. Obviously, changing the audio changes the audio. But making it sound "feeble" isn't what you expect unless you intentionally change the volume or filter away certain frequencies. Upload a sample of your source and the converted audio so someone can see what you mean by "feeble".

There are some system settings that might cause an apparent change in volume. For example, you may have your audio driver (or the media player) set up to boost levels of AC3 audio during playback. If you downmix that audio to stereo the boost may not be added during playback.

Something about that phrasing makes me guess that there is out-of-phase mixing to mono going on.
