I HAVE A NEW PIONEER DV-525 DVD PLAYER, AND AN OLDER TV THAT DOESNT HAVE A/V IMPUT JACKS, I'VE BEEN RUNNING MY RECEIVER THROUGH MY VCR AND IT WORKS FINE, BUT I CANT DO THAT WITH THE DVD PLAYER BECAUSE IT COMES OUT DARK AND BLURED, SONY DOES THIS PURPOSELY FOR COPYRIGHT PURPOSES. HOW DO I GET AROUND THIS? IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN BUY TO MAKE THIS WORK ON MY TV??? THANKS

yes you could either flash it to turn the microvision protection off
check the list on vcdhelp.com
or you could just buy an rf modulator from radioshack for about $20

Go done to Best Buy and pick up a video modulator. They have one that has multiple A/V jacks (so you can hook up more than one device).
To get rid of Macrovision, you'll need a Time Base Corrector.
