    Hi,
    can any1 tell me the best way to convert my DVD's to VCD's.
    i have tried DVDX, SMART RIPPER with DVD2avi and TMPGEnc,
    it seems to be the same quality with both of them.
    is there any other way or is that the best way of doing it.
    I know svcd is better quality but i only want 2 discs a movie.

    VCD has standard quality, if you are doing from a DVD (as it would appear) then i don't believe you can get much higher quality then that, you can try the many Templates out there to have a more optimized VCD, but not all will give you a standard one.
