    I have a couple MKV files I need to convert to MP4, so I looked it up on Google; I followed the instructions I found, but for some reason, the videos got sped up. If anyone could help me, that would be great. I used VLC media player to do the converting; The original MKV files and the audio from the converted MP4 files are fine, it's just the video from the converted MP4 files that are giving me a hard time. Thanks <3

    Forget about VLC. Use https://www.videohelp.com/software/MkvToMp4

    Thanks for your reply; I stumbled upon that same link from a different thread and have already downloaded and tried it. So far, it works and I will definitely get rid of the first program I tried!

    Worked like a champ for me after both VLC & FreeMake had issues with stuttering video.
    And 10x faster to boot
