Hello! I am looking for a recommended video capture card for capturing BetaSP. I will be ripping PAL tapes. What's the best card to use? (I am new to this stuff) I am looking for the best video possible. My player also has XLR audio out but I can record that on its own with my Tascam audio recorder.

For best quality, you shouldn't be going S-Video, but rather component (Y, Pb, Pr). That's what BetaSP primarily puts out.
