obviously your blind and can't see the menu to the left that says AUTHOR, CONVERT, or EDIT, or even the FAQ that explains why the MPEG file is 1.07GB (~10MB/min of the movie) so therefore i will avoid flaming you.

either you reencode to low bitrate (700-750 or so) with is shitty.
or you reencode to standar vcd or XVCD at 1600+ and do it on to discs or you just cut the last 20 min of the mpg you have and burn it on one disc.
from the movie in question i would go with the last option, less work and less pain watchingWell, I am the slime from your video.

VCD format has a fixed bitrate. A VCD can take about 73 minutes of video (more for 80 minute CDs). Your movie is probably about 2 hours, in which case you need to cut it into 2 parts. You can use TMPGENC for this, under the File/MPEG Tools/Merge and Cut

I believe salkam is saying that he converted the avi file into a mpeg and it will not fit on one cd. The only way to get it to fit on one cd is to encode the avi to an xvcd. A standard vcd must have a video bitrate of 1150 and an audio bitrate of 224. Anything else is non-standard (xvcd). To fit the movie on one cd you can lower the video bitrate but you will lose quality. Also, xvcd does not work on all standalone dvd players (doesn't work on mine but and xsvcd will)
