Hello,
My situation is this: I need to export 9 videos (average time of 1h each) and send it to approval before exporting the real deal (1080p HD). What is the fastest format, codec and configurations to export it? I don't need quality: there are some lettering that needs to be legible, but, besides that, I just need the videos to be understandable (the video quality can be ugly) and to export fast.
Currently I'm using Adobe After Effects render queue. Format is Quicktime, codec H264, spatial quality = 75. Rendering configurations (quality/resolution) is set as Sketch / Third .

If you have hardware acceleration available, this may be a good option for you.
