Is there a program to find a DVD's total length quickly? I want the length to include all of the titles combined, not title by title. Bonus if it displays other technical info.

DVDshrink will give you what you're after, for example:
[Attachment 80783 - Click to enlarge]
You can collapse the "Main Movie" section so it shows the total/combined movie time.
