Why, when I processed a video from any of the programs (DVDPatcher, ReStream, MPGPatcher), just changing the AR and resolution, my frames become blocky? No coding was done, just changed 3 values - Aspect Ratio, Height and Width, but for some reason such a problem. I'm waiting for help
