Hi. Help for a newb please.

I have a video taken on my Samsung phone that i need help with.

Its of an possible intruder on my property, but the person in the video is not in focus as it was taken from behind a fly screen and that IS in focus.

    My questions.

    1. Can this be fixed to make the person in focus?
    2. What program?
    3. How?

I tried a couple of online things but haven't been able to fix it.

    Cheers

Theoretically, there are algorithms that can work magic on that kind of footage. But they are experimental and/or expensive and/or only available to the government intelligence, law enforcement/security or university research communities.
In practice, you're probably out of luck.

Cut and post a small sample here. Make sure it's part of the original video, don't convert it to another format or post to Youtube or any other video sharing site that will convert and compress the video.

If the video is part of a criminal case, your local Law Enforcement doesn't want and probably won't accept anything other than the original video. Anything you or anyone here may claim they see or don't see will be taken as a "possibility" at best, but it's up to the authorities to decide what will be presented depending on the type of evidence required.
