Looking for a program like MP3 Trim that lets you adjust vol levels losslessly, but without opening it afresh for every file.
Also not Foobar as it decides how much to alter.
Ideally I could drag an mp3 file in, then set + or - db manually.

	I think mp3gain does what you want. 
 
 Foobar2000 Replaygain 89dB reference level is configurable (also works for mp4/m4a).
 
 mp3DirectCut allows you to cut and change amplitude of blocks within the mp3 file (lossless operation).
