so what percentage should i use in normalise and should i use the Dynamic Range Compression ? If so roughly how far up should i position the slider ?
Can i alter my mpegs or do i have to encode them again ? -
When I rip an dvd, I use Vob2Audio for the audio part, this seem to normalise the audio as it extract it from the vobs, and it make a nice wav headered mp3 that I can use straight into virtualdub, without having to do anymore compression, all in about the same time it takes DVD2AVI to make a normal (Non normalised) wav file.
Hope that helps

should i rip the audio seperatly ? i have messed about with settings in flaskmpeg but the volume is still low .
Can someone tell me what setting to use in the audio part of flask or tell me how to rip it seperatly and how to join it back onto the movie .
