CCE 2.64 plugin and Premiere

Hello everyone, I installed CCE 2.64 plugin not a stand alone program. When I try to export time line and use options VBR 3 pass, CCE says it can process audio with VBR. How can I solve this problem so it export audio as well rather than video only. Thanks

cce sp does not create a system stream in VBR mode. You will end with seperate video and audio files. After conversion multiplex these files with bbMPEG or TMPG to a MPEG system stream.

Do you know where I found templates for premiere with this plugin or where I found a good guide for the plugin ?
