It seems alot of the movies i get from KaZaa are comin in as 14.985 fps on Video, and MPEG Layer 3 sound.
And there doesnt seem to be ANY options for the 14.985 fps.
Is there ANYWAY to make this into a VCD?
Or am i just wasteing my time with KaZaa and should go somewhere else to get AVI's?
    Help would be GREATLY Apreciated!

  2. Easy, these are movies at 1/2 of NTSC framerate. Use TMPEG and select framerate 2x. Therefore resulted MPEG have 29,97 FPS as normal NTSC file (every frame is doubled) If you play it, you of course see that something is wrong - low source framerate cannot be fixed But technically is all OK
