Hi im after a compact Camera video camera that will record at 4K and some higher speeds.

Budget is about that of a FZ1000, this camera will do all that i require, however i am in the UK and am annoyed that for that privelidge i lose 20 fps in high speed video mode. This puts me off actually buying this camera!

Is there a similar camera with similar size and specs that will record in both NTSC and PAL Switchable and give me the full 60 and 120FPS,
