Hi.
I want one light program that i can convert any video file or audio file to any video file to any audio file.
For example i have one 4k h.264 with truehd atmos audio file and i want to convert it to simple ac3 5.1 sound with the exact same quality as source(video & audio).
p.s. Tsmuxer 2.6.12 doesn't support truehd atmos audio files.
Or i have one h.265 video and i want to convert it to h.264 and vise versa.
So is there any light that doesn't need any powerfull computer to do the job?
Which program do you suggest me and why?

No app does it all. Not even ffmpeg CLI. And there is no true Atmos converter, certainly not one that is a lossless process.
Don't be lazy about A/V work: use the appropriate tool(s) to best work with the specific task(s) at hand. More tasks usually means more tools.
One size NEVER fits all, or even fits79.

Try this, make sure you do the custom installation and uninstall all the various spyware they include in the installation

here is video of how to convert it. In the video I used 4k DTS 5.1, but I tried it with Atmos and it works too:

Ok for example i want to convert truehd atmos to ac3.
I try even the handbrake1.0.0 final edition and doesn't regonise 4k video or audio files so..... -
And as i search the google now THERE IS all in one programs.
Some google appear is xilisoft video converter or dvdfab or format factory.
But i don't know if these programs is good or not. -
Many programs claim "convert anything to anything". And they all fail. Give up. Get the right tool for each job.

Neither one of those comes close to converting all formats.
Ask yourself WHICH formats you will regularly NEED to convert, and focus on tools that work with those.

The phrase "jack of all trades, master of none" was coined by someone using a "convert all to all" program.

It's not free though. I'm not actually recommending anything as such.....

If anyone installs Super by erightsoft, make sure create a restore point, disconnect from internet before installing, don't install the additional files, and don't let Super connect to internet. This will minimize the amount of spyware installed.
