    Im writing this problem I am having..

    I did the tut on AVI 2 VCD and in the movie it lags in the same spots.. wasted 4 cd's doing it.. I just assumed my dvd player (ShinSonic DVD-100) didn't play cd-r's that well until I burnt a already made MPEG of a show. Now I dunno if there is a different way to encode them then that tut but the Show was 29 fps instead of the usual 23 avi.....

    only thing u can try is SVCD. or ur stuck with the lag. thats how mine vcd are.
