changing audio bitrate

I have some mp3 songs which are 48khz is there a program to change them to 44khz

I just used Audacity to go from 44.1 to 48 so I's sure it can go the other way as well.

also another quick question how can you burn songs like mp3 to a cd in the correct order on the cd so like when you play 1st song its correct and 2nd song etc etc

Oh so all the songs have to be named like 0001, 0002 so if it says 1, 2, 3 etc you just rename them to 0001, 0002 etc ok thanks will try that

btw what when you get to song number 10 do you rename that also to 00010 and 11 as 00011 so on

00 before the number is usually enough....(001...........010 - 011 - 012 etc etc) unless you have over 999 files.
