They used to work fine in windows 7 with all my capture software like Ulead DMF5,5 Corel videostudio 10 and RoxioCreator NXT4 but all I get under windows10, which I have just installed on a new computer, is "No capture Device available". Anyone else had this problem with Canopus and Windows10? Windows device manager sees the firewire card. Thanks

Tried windows compatibility trobleshooter but no use, how do you run a program in windows7 compatibility mode? Thanks

try right clicking on the program and select properties - compatibility.

Did you try installing the appropriate legacy Firewire driver for Windows 10? If not there are instructions here: http://www.studio1productions.com/Articles/Firewire-1.htm
