    Hi all, I am about to buy a Canopus ADVC 110 unit (got a special price).
    Will it be able to bypass Macrovision protection? I have read some contrasting things about that... will the "silver button trick" work?

    I think the Macrovision bypass only worked on the Canopus 100 and only on older versions. It doesn't work on my ADVC 100. But someone with a 110 may have a better answer.

    Just got my brand new ADVC 110. The Macrovision bypass still works!
