    I have problem defining the proper size when I cut a Mpeg file for (s)vcd because I only see time and not size. I there a program that cuts a mpeg directly into proper parts? I use tmpgenc which gives problems on my brand new 2ghz pc with XP. (I have seen the remarks on XP above, so tough luck with XP . . .
