  1. While i searching for a program do that job i found one named aviaddxsubs. Some people say that this program is work perfect but i dont know if i do something wrong or no it not work for me.
When i try it in avi video file the subtitles are not showed in my tv or in my pc. I enable subtitles from both devices and nothing happens.
When i try it in mpeg4/mp4 format it show me the subtitles but with a pink color. I choise white and black from settings but the color is stay pink same in my pc and tv.
I do something wrong? Any idea or any similar program like that so i can put subtitles fast in to a video?

  2. Pink looks like problem of your setup (magenta is usually when RGB is swapped with YCbCr).

Hardcoded subs are usually not recommended as this imply to recode video and as such quality loss is unavoidable.
If you must then you can go for some video editor - most of them support hardcoding subs.
