    There are many GUIs for MP4Box - like YAMB, My MP4Box GUI, or the MP4 multiplexer in MeGUI.

    By the way, the MPEG4 container is officially named "MP4"; the file extension *.m4v is instead often used for elementary video, mainly MPEG4 Part 2 (ASP, like the video produced by DivX or Xvid codecs).

    (but its more hard to operate than mmg).
