Hello experts,
I'm encoding movies using Flask and Cinema Craft Encoder SP.
I was using Flask->Avisynth->TMPGEnc, but I took about 12 or 15 hours to encode a full movie (old settings).
With CCE I manage to do this in about 6 or 7 hours, and the quality of the picture and sound is good, my problem is when I play the movie in my standalone player the sound is out of sync, but in my PC its works fine no synchronization problems.
With my old settings none of this happened, and I'm using the same settings I did before -> 1860 kbps for video, 128 kbps for sound with a 720x576 resolution.
Is there any logic in this?
Thanks for all the help
Pinho
P.S:
My standalone player is a Sony NS-400.
I use windows XP Pro as my O.S.
I'm burning the xVCD as a VCD using Nero 5.xx at 4x (I'm burning it very slow because I heard that record VCD at high speed may carry problems)
I'm using TMPGEnc MPEG Tools to cut the movie in 3 parts (since I installed XP, after I choose the moment where to cut the movie it launches an error I don't know if it is from the version I got of TMPGEnc or some incompatibility with XP).
xVCD
720x576
1860 kbps - MPEG-1 (video)
128 kbps - MPEG-1 Layer 2 (sound)
