    I am using TMPGenc to encode an MPEG file and it is telling me that it is going to take 20 friggin hours to do it.

    I just loaded the TIbrO VideoCD Template and am using that to convert a 45 min avi.

    Why so long??

    What CPU do you have?

    What is the resolution/bitrate/codec of your source video?
