I cannot read music for .mp3

Hello, my phone is pretty old, and I want my ringtone to be a custom song. So I've tried like EVERY conversion, the only one that worked, was WAV. And wav takes up too much space so I cannot set it as my ringtone. My phone is the Alcatel A205G it is very old for tracfone. So can anyone help me?

It appears to use AMR audio files with the extension .awb. Not sure about a .mp3 or other converter to that format. Most listings look like spam.

But others here may be more knowledgeable.
