Software for edit video, audio and subtitles?

I have some *.mov and *.mp4 movies from Itunes (without DRM). And I need to cut video, audio and subtitles with one software. I have tried TMPGEncd Smart Renderer 4, Avi Split Media but they can't load the subtitles. What software can you recommend me? Thank you very much.

You could try putting the files in a MKV container - use MKVMergeGui and drag the file into it. You should then see the video, audio and subtitle listed. As long as the subtitle is text format ie srt and not image based as on commercial DVD's you should be able to split the file on time designated locations.

There isn't an editor as such built in but you can split the file by time, not frame accurate like an editor with a time line.... Then remux - no processing so no loss of quality.

I have tried MKVMergeGui but it doesn't load the subtitles. The subtitles are: "Timed Text" (muxing mode: SBTL, ID Code: tx3g)

You can de-mux with MyMP4box Gui. The subtitles then will be .srt that can be brought into MKVMerge GUI

(There is also a splitter function in MYMP4Box GUI)

Thanks for the help. MyMP4box works perfect for obtain the subtitles, after with MkvMerge I muxed video, audio and subtitles in a new mkv file but when I want to make the cuts I got an error.
Then I use SolveigMM Splitter with the mkv file and works cutting video, audio and subtitles quite well.
