  1. It stalls, skips and is out of sync. Does the fact that it was ripped from Blu-ray have anything to do with it? I've been getting quite a lot of these lately and I can't get them to play on anything. MKVs usually play fine so I remuxed it with MKV ToolNix but that didn't help. I'm at the end of my patience with these things. If anyone can see what the problem is I'll really appreciate it.

    2169 Kbps is a very low average bitrate for this video. I would expect more like 10 Mbps.

  3. I've got an AVI of the same move and it's 981 kbps and it plays okay. Why would 2169 not be okay in this case. Not being disagreeable, just trying to understand.
