I have converted many AVI files onto VCD with no problem.
But have now hit a snag. Got an AVI file and when I try to extract the WAV from the Video I get problems with the audio compression.
I have had a look at the File Information in Virtual Dub and unlike my other AVI's the Compression is shown as 'Unknown Tag (2000)' whereas my others refer to a German Name Frau..... something which work fine.
Any ideas what this Unknown Tag is?
Also when I play this file in Media Player I had to install some sort of codec as Win Media had an error when it tried to d/l it.
Appreciate any advice on this please as I have read all i could find but I am really stuck with this one.
Cheers
