How To Add Subtitles to an EPISODE DVD

Hello,

I need help adding subtitles to a DVD containing two episodes. I've followed all the steps described in the guide above and everything works absolutely fine when I add subtitles to just one episode. However, when I add video and audio files in DVD-Lab Pro and then compile DVD I end up with the two episodes merged into 5 files instead of 4. File 3 contains the last 5 minutes of the first episode and two thirds of the second episode. I am then unable to replace and update the original files because they don't match. Any ideas?
