anyone with a kiiro 838d dvd player ? help please

i have a kiiro838d dvd player 2 weeks old that payed any dvd as soon as i put it into the player now it only plays porn dvds straight away, to play other dvds like blow and braveart i have to change the track button to select wich audio i want to play and then they work . but trying this on other dvds like 6th day it wont work at all (it comes up with language unknown ). the dvd player played all dvds without without having to make any alterations but now i have to change the audio track everytime. is this a fault on the dvd player or some way i can fix this as nothing is mentioned about this in the manual

the fact that it plays pron DVDs without problems is most likely becuase it has only one sound track.
I-ve got that machine too and have no problems. Try the Kiiro helpdesk, they normally reply on the same day.
