    Be sure you have the ACM codecs installed since VirtualDub uses ACM types for audio and VFW for videos. They can be downloaded at http://gral.y0.pl/~fcchandler/index.html\ . You should see them present in the audio
    compression selections list in VirtualDub and your uninstall list as well. These are also 32 bit codecs so make sure everything is 32 bit including Virtualdub.
