Hello, people! I have a problem, and I'd like some help. I have downloaded the Doctor Who 2005 S1E01 in HD and I want to add the spanish audio, but there's a problem - FPS. How can I sync the audio perfectly?

Assuming the frame count of the two sources is the same (which is a big assumption), stretch the Spanish audio to be the same length as the video to which you want to add it. You may be able to use a PAL to NTSC setting in an audio program, or maybe not.
Are you sure you're not discussing illegally downloaded warez? Which can't be done here. -
The same? There's a big diference, like 23 and 29.. and I don't know what you mean with that, how I do that?
I use MKVMergue to add the audios. -

Never too late to learn, can I at least know what software to use? I know to remux, aka add the audio with mkvtoolnix. I only don't know how to stretch the audio to fit.. mostly I just want to sync it.
