  1. Hello, people! I have a problem, and I'd like some help. I have downloaded the Doctor Who 2005 S1E01 in HD and I want to add the spanish audio, but there's a problem - FPS. How can I sync the audio perfectly?

Here I give you the Media Info of them both archives:

  2. Assuming the frame count of the two sources is the same (which is a big assumption), stretch the Spanish audio to be the same length as the video to which you want to add it. You may be able to use a PAL to NTSC setting in an audio program, or maybe not.

Are you sure you're not discussing illegally downloaded warez? Which can't be done here.

  3. The same? There's a big diference, like 23 and 29.. and I don't know what you mean with that, how I do that?

I use MKVMergue to add the audios.

No, no, I ripped the audio from my Doctor Who DVDs, and the blu-ray video is from my friend

    Make up your mind.
    There's a big diference, like 23 and 29.
The DVDs use a PAL source and are at PAL speed. There's only a 2 minute difference between the two. If it were really 23.976fps .vs 29.97fps, the difference would be much greater.

If you don't know how to stretch audio and then remux it with a different video, you shouldn't be attempting a project this difficult. Walk before you run.

  6. Never too late to learn, can I at least know what software to use? I know to remux, aka add the audio with mkvtoolnix. I only don't know how to stretch the audio to fit.. mostly I just want to sync it.

  7. For stretching audio I usually use BeSweet with a GUI or Audacity. Any WAV Editor can stretch audio, though.

  8. Now I need to know what to do, how to scretch.. and sync.. But well
