Help me with the following issue please.
I have AAC 6channels track. The problem is I could not hear people dialogues when playing, so I downmixed it to 2channels with Handbrake.
No effect at all.
How to do it properly ?

I don't use Handbrake, but it should downmix properly. If you couldn't hear dialogue before downmixing then chances are the AAC audio probably has problems. ie the centre channel is missing or the channels aren't in a standard order.
If you happen to be using a player which can use DirectShow for decoding and happen to have ffdshow installed, it's Volume filter should help to work out what's going on.
A couple of times I've used ffdshow's "swap channels" filter to correct the channel order when re-encoding audio, but I use a program which can use DirectShow for decoding (so ffdshow can do it's thing). Handbrake won't (as far as I know), but MeGUI's audio encoder can use Directshow. Chances are the the original AAC has the centre channel missing but the channels might be in the wrong order.
