I just bought a new computer to make SVCD's from captured TV shows and SVHS videos I own.
I would like comments and suggestions on the best way to capture and process the video, edit the captured video and write to disk for use in a Sampo DVD player. I am interested in the best quality SVCD's I can make but would also like the disks to be about 30 min in length.
Here is the system I bought...
P3 1 Ghz
512 MB RAM
40 Gig 7200 RPM Maxtor
ATI AIW 32MB DDR
Adaptec EZ Creator v.4
