So I only recently started creating Let's Play videos (yes I know everyone's doing them; I'm not doing it for subs, likes, favorites or even money, just a record of my gameplay) and decided to buy Bandicam to record as people have said that it's a good alternative to Fraps. I wouldn't be caught dead spending 500 dollars on video editing software so I downloaded and cracked Pro 12 to do all my edits. When capturing with Bandicam, I use these settings:

Playback on my computer on the raw file that Bandicam spits out is pristine and clear in FULL 1080p HD. So, I go into Sony Vegas to do all my edits. These are the project properties that I use:

After editing and adding music, I brighten the video up a bit using the brightness and contrast in the video fx tab. Once I'm happy with the way it looks (mind you, in Sony Vegas, the quality still looks fantastic), I render it out using Sony AVC/MVC and picking Memory Stick SD NTSC widescreen - 6256 Kbps (I know it sounds weird but I've tried nearly EVERYTHING else; I've exhausted myself from watching YouTube videos on the best render settings for YouTube using Pro 12 and this is the best I could find) and then customizing it to look like this:

I then set the video rendering quality to best in the last tab and then render it out. It doesn't take long, roughly the same length of time as the video itself is. This is the absolute best quality I can get and it still doesn't measure up to some of the bigger YouTubers' quality of HD. It's been like this for a long while now and it's getting on my nerves. I understand that YouTube likes Mainconcept AVC/AAC and internet 1080p HD but that gives me the most shit quality ever. Even in 1080p there's pixelation EVERYWHERE. When rendering it out in Mainconcept, I use these settings:

Video rendering quality in the last tab is also set to best. I'm really at a loss here guys. Is it bandicam that's the problem? (I don't think so; playback straight from Bandicam is VERY, VERY good) Is it Sony Vegas not rendering properly? (Perhaps and I think I need to play around with rendering settings, which I've been doing forever now) When I upload the Sony AVC/AAC rendered video, I get this semi-decent quality:

Most of my videos are like this, even if YouTube gives you an option for 1080p HD. Please, ANY help is welcome. Thank you.
