  1. in the last 3 months i was working on a video editing.
    on a live preformance.
this proeformance was shor from five diffrent cameras.
(i dont know the what models those cameras were)

and and the aoudio im using
    was recorded

with an aoudio recorder (TASCAM DR-40 4-Track Portable Digital Recorder)

    its all went pretty well.
    except for one thing
the sound from the aoudio is slowly drifts out of sync.

    after searching the internent
i now belive its a frame rate.
    issue.
so if anyone any here have any idear of how to change frame rates.
of a an aoudio track. i will be happy to know about it

"Framerate" doesn't exist for audio. Samplerate does, but you DON'T want to change that (best to leave it as 44.1kHz for CD-compatible material and 48kHz for DVD- and BD-compatible material).

What you want to do is figure out the EXACT length that you want the audio to be (by checking the video's length), and use tempo / pitch-change / time-compression software to <-S-T-R-E-T-C-H-> (or ->s-h-r-i-n-k<- ) the audio's length so that it matches the video's. Some TC software (either dedicated standalone apps or plugins/filters to standard audio editing/DAW software) works much better than others, including the ability to change the length WITHOUT changing the pitch and/or formant (harmonics & overtones), or the ability to avoid undue phase shifting (which makes a SWOOSHING sound).

    Hopefully, that should do it.

Now, if you cannot get it to precisely match up with the video through TC software, you have worse problems, such as different edit cuts between your audio & your video, or warbling/wow/flutter in the recording (either of the of the audio or the video) caused by a bad crystal clock. That would require a professional to fix, and even then, there's no guarantee.

p.s. In the future when recording double system and/or multiple cams, one should ALWAYS use a clapper of some sort (sticks, handclap, beep/flash on your phone, etc) at the head (front) and tail (end) of your recordings to enable quicker, easier and more accurate sync-up in post. Pros do it for a good reason.

  6. eac3to has specific parameters for doing that:
    Code:
-slowdown convert 25.000 and 24.000 content to 23.976 fps
-speedup convert 23.976 and 24.000 content to 25.000 fps
    -23.976/... define source fps to be "23.976", "24.000", "25.000", ...
    -changeTo24.000 change source fps to "23.976", "24.000", "25.000", ...
