Hi to all
Well, have some 3D video, and want to watch it on my TV, but video is 47 FPS, so I cant watch it because TV support max 30 FPS.
Just want to mux it to 23... or whatever FPS, but having trouble with audio.
Downloaded MKVMerge, and when I opened file, there are 2 files: V_MPEG4 and A_AC3.
I read online some solutions with changing FPS, also stretching... etc
Tried few combination like changing FPS for video, and stretching audio, but nothing, time is bigger then original, original is 47min and muxed file is 1:37?
Also tried stretching both, but video is longer and audio is intermittent.
So, in short, how to change FPS to 23.976, but also to sync audio?
PS Every time when I stretched audio, I got intermittent sound, every half second sound is lost, and then returned...?
PS2 Sorry for my bad english and THANKS![]()

Hold on thar, Tex!
Where in the world did you come up with 47fps? NO standard camera, nor standard CGI render setting outputs to 47fps. So either this is already a botched job, or you (or your application) are misreading the fps.
Run it through MediaInfo and give us the Longform/Complete text output...

cincilator - You probably should NOT go into details at all if you downloaded this. We have rules against such things.
Whoever made this clearly did not know what he was doing. Look at the audio. The bit rate is pretty darn low even for AC3 and it got resampled to 44.1 kHz. Maybe the guy who made this somehow doubled the frame rate by accident but as I do not work with 3D video at all, I am just guessing here. Perhaps there is something related to the SBS that led to this doubled frame rate. The format profile in the video is unnecessarily low. Yeah, this has all the marks of being done by someone who didn't know what he was doing. I guess it could be worse in that whoever made it could have found a way to make it interlaced and at least that didn't happen.
