  1. i used a "DVD Maker" to created a new movie file to burn to ISO which contained 5 .mov files. it keeps stopping 3/4's of the way through the Converting process. I am a MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion 10.8.4, have 8 GBs of Ram and over 25% free disk space. I want to know if it caused by the software or my own videos.
Anybody who can help me.Thanks so much.

What "DVD Maker" are you using? Does it display any error messages before it stops? Does your "DVD Maker" create a log file that indicates where it is in the conversion process when it stops?

If the software doesn't keep a log or give you any clues as to why it stops, then the most common reason why DVD conversions fail is that one is attempting to put too many minutes of video on the DVD. Did you make sure the total of the run time in minutes for the 5 .mov files is under the maximum number of minutes allowed by the "DVD Maker"?
